For labs that aren’t included, we offer deeply discounted wholesale rates, usually 50% to 90% less than what you'd pay through insurance. We publish our prices, and if you need something not listed, just ask. We’ll do our best to get you the lowest price available.

Yes. Every visit, check-in, call, and message is included in your membership. No co-pays. No per-visit fees.

You’re still covered. Because we know your health history and don’t rely on insurance restrictions, we can often diagnose and treat you remotely, no matter where you are. Many issues can be handled over the phone or via telehealth, and we’ll locate the nearest pharmacy and order the medications you need.

Whether you’re traveling for work or on vacation, we’re just a call away.

We can refer you to outside specialists or order advanced diagnostics, just like any doctor would. For services not covered in your membership, we’ll do our best to find fair, upfront pricing (especially for labs, imaging, and diagnostics).

We can handle many minor urgent care issues in-office like stitches, wound care, or simple fractures, so you can avoid unnecessary trips to the ER. That said, we still recommend carrying insurance for emergencies, hospitalizations, and surgeries.

You can choose which hospital you prefer. We’ll stay involved and coordinate care directly with the hospital team and specialists. We’ll also make sure you get follow-up care when you’re discharged.

You can access your doctor from anywhere via phone and telehealth. But to get the most value from your membership, including in-person care, we recommend living near one of our office locations in Wisconsin or Illinois. If you’re not close enough to visit in person in one of our two locations at least once per year, our practice may not be the best fit at this time.

Yes, we help manage chronic pain, but we take a careful and conservative approach when it comes to narcotics. While we may prescribe short-term pain medication when appropriate, we do not prescribe opioids or narcotics for long-term use.

If those are needed, we’ll guide you to the right resources for more specialized care.

Yes, we can help with that. We provide primary care support for most mental health concerns, including anxiety and depression, and can prescribe medications when appropriate.

That said, we take a careful and conservative approach, especially with medications like benzodiazepines (such as Xanax or Valium). We do not prescribe these for long-term daily use. We also believe strongly in non-medicine therapies and lifestyle changes.

Yes, we can support patients with ADD or ADHD. We often start by exploring lifestyle changes, therapy, and educational techniques. That said, we do prescribe and manage the use of amphetamine medications like Ritalin or Adderall when appropriate, based on your history, needs, and response to treatment.
