Here’s How We Take Care of You and Your Family
When you click “Become a Member,” you’ll be taken to our secure patient portal.
There, you’ll enter your patient demographic information, then select your preferred provider.
01 Fill out your information
Once you hit submit, our practice manager, Laura, reviews your info and activates your account. She’ll confirm your pricing tier — whether you're enrolling as an individual, a family or a corporate group.
02 We’ll review and activate your account
Laura will give you a quick call to confirm your subscription details, walk you through our onboarding information, and answer any questions. At this point, your one-time initiation fee ($99) will be processed.
03 Get a personal welcome call
That’s it. You’re now part of Medlogic’s Direct Primary Care. You’ll get your patient portal access, where you can send secure messages, view labs, and book appointments with your provider.
