Flu Shots

Flu shots will be available for the flu season beginning in October each year. We encourage all patients to schedule their flu vaccination early to help protect themselves and their loved ones. Cost is $25 ea.

Winter Care Packages
To further support your health at home  during the winter months, we offer Winter Care Packages that include helpful supplies for monitoring and managing common seasonal illnesses:

​

  • Box of strep tests (25 tests) $50.00

  • Urine dip sticks ($1.50 each)

  • Flu tests A/B (Individual $16.50)

  • COVID tests (Individual $9.00)

  • Thermometer (touch free) $75.00

  • Ear camera (otoscope-works with android and iphone) $40.00

These packages are designed to provide peace of mind and quick access to basic tools during the winter months. You can also customize your packages with particular items you wish to have on hand.

​

If you would like to reserve a package or schedule your flu shot, please contact our office at (262) 930-3637 or send a portal message with your request.  If you are not able to send a portal message, you can email the office as well at office@medlogicmd.com.

 

REFILL REMINDER: 

If you have a prescription refill request, please submit it through the patient portal and include:

  • medication name

  • dose

  • how often it is taken

Please note that both offices (Kenosha and Libertyville) are closed two weeks every year: the last week in July and the week between Christmas Eve and New Year's Day
